ABOUT THE YARN
Organic Wool 1 from Krea Deluxe is our GOTS-certified organic merino wool yarn - now in a new and improved version.
The wool comes from South America and is spun, dyed, and finished in Portugal at a small family-owned mill. The wool is produced with a focus on sustainability and animal welfare, and it is, of course, muelsing-free.
The wool yarn is a high-quality luxury yarn. It comes in our unique tone-on-tone colors that coordinate beautifully. The wool is super soft and is ideal for baby and children's clothing, all kinds of garments, blankets, pillows, and more.
Use it alone, doubled, or combine it with Deluxe Silk Mohair.

This new version of Organic Wool 1 produces 80% less lint, and we have succeeded in creating a soft and organic wool yarn WITHOUT unnecessary chemicals like superwash treatments and other additives.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS
First wash
To bring out the fullness of the wool, we recommend soaking your finished Organic Wool 1 product for at least 10 minutes in water no warmer that 30 degrees Celsius. Then dry the item as described below.
Subsequent wash
We recommend hand washing as wool cycles in washing machines can vary greatly.
If you have a good washing machine with a gentle wool cycle, you can wash your Organic Wool 1 product in the machine.
Use only a small amount of wool detergent without enzymes.
Use a laundry bag, max 30 degrees Celsius, and 800 RPM.
Drying
Dry flat on a towel and shape your knitted or crocheted work to the correct measurements.
Wool can stretch quite a bit when washed but will retract and obtain fullness when dried flat and blocked to the correct measurements.
Please note that there may be color differences from screen to screen. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that the color you see on your screen will be identical to the actual color.
