Payment
Krea Deluxe accepts payment by VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mobilepay, PayPal, Mastercard and Maestro.
Payment will only be drawn from your account after shipment of the goods.


Shipment and Delivery

Our goal is that all orders made before 11:00 am will be shipped from our warehouse the same day. If the order is
made after 11:00 am, we will do everything we can to send it the same day and if this is not possible, it will be sent
the next day. Price for the shipment depends on size, weight and delivery country and will be paid by the customer
if nothing else is stipulated.
Krea Deluxe will take care of delivery with GLS and Postnord to the customer on the date requested in the order.
Krea Deluxe cannot be held responsible for delays with GLS and Postnord. In the case of missing delivery we will
send a new delivery at no charge.
Only for Denmark
It is a prerequisite for timely delivery that GLS and Postnord meet the next day delivery objective – in Denmark. If
there are delays with GLS and Postnord this will consequently delay the delivery.
Deliveries to Bornholm and certain small islands are not a part of GLS and Postnord’s goal for next day delivery, as
deliveries to these areas can sometimes take up to 2 days. The Krea Deluxe baseline is always next day delivery.
You can choose an earlier delivery date to compensate for this.

If you have made to order with pickup in our shop on Houmannsvej 4a 4690 Haslev, it is possible to do so the next
week day between 10 am and 3 pm. You will receive an e-mail when your order is ready for pickup.

We offer free shipping to a GLS parcel shop with a minimum purchase of 399 DKK.
All amounts are in DKK incl. VAT or EUR.

Deliveries to for The Netherlands, Germany and Sweden
will also be handled by GLS (2-4 days)

Other Countries
Deliveries will be handled by Postnord. (3-15 days + customs time)
We offer shipping up to 2 kg. We will contact you by E-mail if your order exceeds 2 kg to arrange other shipping.

All countries within the EU: All amounts are in DKK incl. VAT or EUR
All countries outside of the EU: All amounts are in DKK excl. VAT or EUR
Be aware - You will be charged with VAT/taxes in your country when receiving your order.


Warranty
Krea Deluxe provides the 2-year warranty in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act (Købeloven), including
manufacturing and material defects that appear after normal use. The warranty does not cover defects caused
directly or indirectly by misuse, poor maintenance, abuse or unauthorized repairs. Notification of a defect should
be made within reasonable time, which is 2 months after the defect is determined.
Notification of a defect, which is determined by inspection product upon receipt, should be made to Krea Deluxe within reasonable time. The product should subsequently be returned for repair, exchange or according to
agreement e.g. refund.
In connection with warranty cases Krea Deluxe will cover the shipping costs within a reasonable amount.


Cancellation
You have the right to return the products within 100 days of receipt. Should you choose to cancel a purchase, you
should return the products in the same condition and amount as you received it. When we have received and
approved the products, the purchase price will be refunded to your account within a few days. You will cover the
return shipping costs.
Notification of cancellation should be made no later than 100 days after the purchase and you should return the
products no later than 14 days after notification.
Notification should be made by e-mail to info@kreadeluxe.com. In this notification please state clearly that you
wish to exercise your right to cancel the order.

Also return products to the above address – please note that we do not accept deliveries sent C.O.D. You can also
return the products by refusing receipt. It is not a requirement, but it will facilitate handling, if detailed information
follow the products – e.g. order confirmation, registration and account number for refund, copy of possible
correspondence etc.


Reimbursement
In the case of agreed price reduction, returned products or prepaid products that have been cancelled before
shipment, a full or partial reimbursement will be made. Reimbursement will usually always be made via bank
transfer and for this purpose Krea Deluxe needs information on your bank registration and account number. This
is not sensitive information and can be sent via e-mail or other traditional form of correspondence.

The item's condition when you return it
You are only liable for any possible reduction of product value which is caused by other handling than what is
necessary to determine the type, properties and the way it works. If the product has been used further than what
has been described above, we consider it used, which means that you will only receive partial or no
reimbursement of the purchase price in case of cancellation, depending on the commercial value of the product.
This means that to receive a complete refund of the purchase price you can treat the product as you would be able
to in a physical store without using it.
