Design and pattern by MY FAVORITE THINGS KNITWEAR. Cardigan no. 4 is a cardigan knitted in half-brioche stitch. The inspiration comes from the voluminous stilhouettes of the 80s, while still maintaining a feminine look with its short fit and deep neckline.
Cardigan no. 4 is knitted from top to bottom using 3 strands of Deluxe Silk Mohair from Krea Deluxe. The yarn is an alternative to what the designer originally used. Be sure to follow the pattern's gauge to ensure that the measurements and yarn will fit properly. The button bands are knitted as you go. The sleeves are knitted in the round on circular needles.

GAUGE In half-brioche stitch on 6 mm hook, 13 st / 13 r per. 10 x 10 cm
Note! the 13 rows are counted in the knit stitches of the brioche pattern. Therefore, you are actually knitting 26 rows in height per 1 cm.

Size guide: Cardigan No. 4 is short in the model and has an oversized fit. Allow for a 15-20 cm ease measured around the bust. Note that the brioche stitch will stretch slightly with wear but will contract again when washed.
