Anker's Sweater is knitted from the top down. The yoke consists of ribbed segments with increases, followed by rounds with classic raglan increaes. The yoke is first knitted back and forth on circular needles, creating a slit at the neck. Afterward, it is knitted in the round. The sleeves are knitted on double-pointed needles or with the Magic Loop technique. The body and sleeves are finished with a folded edge or a ribbed edge - the latter gives a less feminine look.
