The book quickly became a bestseller in Finland and has since been sold for publication in several countries. Heli Nikula often spends time in her wilderness cabin on an island in the beautiful Finnish nature, where she draws inspiration for her knitting designs.
Heli Nikula works as a real estate agent and has been knitting since she was a child, but her passion for handicrafts reached new heights when she became captivated by designing knitting patterns. In just one year, her Instagram account @villahullu, dedicated to knitting and her wilderness cabin, became incredibly popular, and she now has over 90,000 followers.
